Will Day joined Alderfer Bergen in 2019 and specializes in developing personalized Holistic Financial and Retirement Plans. Will is a Chartered Financial Consultant ® as well as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™. As a CFP® Practitioner, Will completed a Financial Planning and Education Program and continues his intensive study and practice in wealth management including financial planning, retirement planning, debt management strategies and wealth building where he brings his well-rounded knowledge to our firm. Our clients respect his genuine and trustworthy “got-your-back” mentality, which makes him a trusted asset to our firm.

Will received a Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging in 2012 at Indiana University. He served as Vice President of the Kokomo Regions Medical Imaging Club before deciding on a change for his growing family. In 2016, he returned to his hometown and embarked on a career transition that aligned with his personal objective—serving a close-knit community with a company that shared his strong values, purpose and vision. Will is proud to serve on the Rochester Downtown Partnership Board and is a graduate of the 2020 Kosciusko Leadership Academy and 2022 Fulton County Leadership Academy.

Will grew up in Macy, Indiana. He currently lives in Rochester with his wife, Katie and their three boys – Howie, Liam, and Arden. In his spare time, he coaches baseball and football for his sons, loves playing board games, Yahtzee, puzzles and going to the movies. He also is a big fan of Notre Dame and the Cubs.
