Depositing money into your accounts at LPL:
IRA Contributions
If you are sending in a contribution to your IRA (Traditional, Roth, or Rollover) please include the following:

• Check is made payable to: Linsco/Private Ledger.
• 8-digit LPL account number on the memo line (please call us if you need this number).
• Please note somewhere on the check whether it is an employer or employee contribution.
• Please note somewhere on the check whether it is a current year or previous year contribution.
• Please send the check to our address.

IRA Rollovers
If you are doing an IRA Rollover from a company plan (401k, 457, 403b, etc.), you will need the following information to give to your company to begin the process:

• 8-digit LPL account number (please call us if you need this number).
• Check is made payable to: PTC CUST Rollover IRA FBO (your name).
• Please have them send the check to our address.
